To secure your event date at Grand Chateau Owl Wedding and Events Venue, a nonrefundable retainer equal to 50% of your total venue investment is required. This retainer locks in your chosen date and is applied toward your final balance. The payment schedule is flexible, allowing you to make payments at your convenience. However, please note that all final payments are due 60 days prior to the event date. This structure ensures ample time for your planning and financial preparation.
